At DARKPARK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
